Philosophy of Ministry

We recognize that every person of all nations throughout the world, who commits his life to Jesus Christ and believes on Him as his personal Savior, makes up the Church Universal - the Body and Bride of Christ. According to the teachings of the Word of God, there are many local assemblies within the Universal Church, with each local fellowship being subject to the direct leadership of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 2; Romans 7:4; I Corinthians 12:12-13)

God's desire for each local church is that they grow to be a mature body of believers characterized by FAITH, HOPE and LOVE. His program for producing mature believers is found in the great commission of Mathew 28:19-20, and involves evangelism and edification as believers learn and relate to each other within the Body and reach out to the world around them in witnessing experiences.

We believe that God has given at least one spiritual gift to every believer for the purpose of perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body of Christ. (Romans 12:5-8; Ephesians 4:4-7; I Corinthians 12:4-12
